By using the CarModo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
CarModo allows users to upload vehicle images and generate AI-powered car modification visuals.
Image processing is performed using AI models including Google Nano Banana, Nano Banana Pro, and Veo 3.1, via third-party infrastructure such as fal.ai and Supabase.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload:
Uploaded and generated images may be stored to provide access to your results. Content may be retained for up to one (1) year, after which it is automatically deleted.
The App offers consumable credits used to generate content.
Purchases are processed via Apple In-App Purchases and managed through RevenueCat.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Users may restore purchases using the "Restore Purchase" feature.
The App may use third-party services such as Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure advertising performance and improve user acquisition.
Tracking is only enabled with your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by CarModo.
Generated content is provided for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarModo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
