By downloading or using TV Remote Control ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
TV Remote Control allows users to control compatible Smart TVs and devices over a local Wi-Fi network. The App provides remote control functionality such as navigation, input control, and device interaction.
The App relies on Local Network access to discover and communicate with compatible devices. All interactions are performed locally between your device and your TV.
You are responsible for how you use the App and any devices you connect to it. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including attempting to access devices without permission.
TV Remote Control may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases and managed via RevenueCat. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by TV Remote Control and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content or interactions performed through your device.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding compatibility with all TV models, reliability, availability, or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including connection issues or device incompatibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
