By downloading or using Promi Teleprompter ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Promi Teleprompter allows users to create, edit, and display text scripts for reading, recording, or presenting. The App provides teleprompter functionality including adjustable scrolling, text customization, and optional recording support.
You are responsible for any content you create or display within the App. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Promi Teleprompter may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Promi Teleprompter and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any text or content you create within the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
