2. How Promi Teleprompter Works

Promi Teleprompter allows you to write or paste your script and display it on screen while recording or presenting. All scripts and content are handled locally on your device.

3. Common Issues and Solutions

• Text Not Scrolling: Make sure scrolling speed is set correctly and playback is started.
• App Performance Issues: Restart the app and ensure your device has enough available storage.
• Recording Problems: Check that camera and microphone permissions are enabled in device settings.
• Subscription Not Active: Tap "Restore Purchases" to sync your subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Promi Teleprompter offers optional premium features via subscription. All payments are securely handled through Apple In-App Purchases.

If your subscription is not recognized, please use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
