By using the Outfai Ai application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Outfai Ai allows users to upload their own photos and model photos, generating a combined image where the user's photo is styled with the model's outfit. This process utilizes Fal AI and Fashion API, managed through backend workflows. Credits (5, 20, or 50) can be purchased to unlock features, and credits can be restored via the "Restore Purchase" option.
You are responsible for the photos you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images you upload.
Credits are consumable in-app purchases available in 5, 20, and 50 packs. All purchases are handled through Apple In-App Purchases. Purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You can restore credits using the "Restore Purchase" feature if needed.
The App may use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta (Facebook) Ads, to measure campaign performance and improve the service.
These tools may process limited, non-personal and aggregated interaction data, such as button clicks, feature usage, and purchase events.
This information is used solely for analytics, performance measurement, and optimization purposes.
No personal data, uploaded images, or facial data are used for advertising targeting, tracking, or profiling.
All content generated by Outfai Ai is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use generated content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Outfai Ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
