Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Image Converter application (“we”, “our”, or “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Image Converter provides on-device tools for image conversion, image resizing, and image compression. All image processing is performed locally on your device.

2. Image Processing and Content

You retain full ownership of all images and files you use within the app. The app does not upload, store, or process your images on external servers.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use, modify, and convert such content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Image Converter only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app.
• You may not use the app in a way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality.

4. Analytics and Third-Party Services

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics solely to analyze usage patterns and improve the app’s performance and user experience.

Supabase is used only for user identification purposes (user ID management), and RevenueCat is used for managing payments and subscriptions.

We do not control these third-party services, and their use is subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Image Converter may require a paid subscription. Payments and subscriptions are processed through the App Store and RevenueCat.

We do not handle or store your payment information. Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the App Store’s terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, branding, and related materials, is the intellectual property of the app owner and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Image Converter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, device issues, or loss of files.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
