By downloading, accessing, or using Brofolio ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms govern your use of Brofolio and all related services provided through the App.
Brofolio is a portfolio management application designed for real estate agents, brokers, and property professionals.

Brofolio is intended solely as a productivity and portfolio management tool and does not provide legal, financial, investment, valuation, or real estate advisory services.
You are solely responsible for all information entered, stored, imported, exported, or managed through the App.

You must not use the App to transmit malicious software, engage in unlawful activities, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or services.
You retain ownership of all portfolio records, customer records, contact information, property details, CSV files, and other content entered into the App.
Brofolio does not claim ownership of your business data.
By using the App, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.
Brofolio may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Subscription management and entitlement verification may be handled through RevenueCat.
Brofolio does not collect, process, or store payment card information or billing details.
Brofolio provides CSV import and export functionality as a convenience feature.
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any imported or exported data.
We are not responsible for data loss, formatting issues, corruption, or inaccuracies resulting from imported files or third-party spreadsheet software.
We strive to maintain reliable access to Brofolio but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App may occasionally experience maintenance periods, updates, technical issues, or service interruptions.
Features, functionality, or services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Brofolio, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, features, and functionality, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the App.
We do not guarantee that property matching results, portfolio recommendations, or stored information will be error-free or suitable for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brofolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the service is detected.
Users may stop using the App at any time.
Your use of Brofolio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically.
Continued use of Brofolio after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
