By downloading, installing, accessing, or using BMIGo ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms govern your use of BMIGo and all related services and features provided through the App.
BMIGo is a personal Body Mass Index (BMI) tracking application designed to help users monitor body measurements and personal health progress.
The App allows users to:
BMIGo is intended solely for informational and personal health tracking purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws. If you are under the age required to enter into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are solely responsible for all information entered into the App.

You must not interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or services.
All BMI records, weight history, height information, notes, and statistics remain your property.
BMIGo does not claim ownership of your personal health information.
Unless you explicitly enable Apple Health synchronization, your information remains stored locally on your device.
BMIGo may integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit) if you choose to grant permission.
Health information accessed through Apple Health is used solely to provide synchronization and health tracking features requested by you.
HealthKit information is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sold to third parties.
You may revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through the Apple Health application or your device settings.
BMIGo may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through In-App Purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
Subscriptions may be managed or canceled through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Subscription verification and entitlement management may be provided through RevenueCat.
BMIGo does not collect, process, or store your payment card information.
We strive to provide reliable access to BMIGo but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet connectivity, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
BMIGo, including its software, design, interface, graphics, logos, icons, text, and functionality, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law.
BMIGo is intended solely for general informational and personal health tracking purposes. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.
BMI calculations, body measurements, charts, statistics, trends, and all other information displayed by the App are estimates based solely on the information entered by the user. They are provided for informational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. Nothing contained within the App should be interpreted as professional healthcare advice.
Always consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medications, diet, exercise program, or other healthcare decisions.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical attention because of information obtained through BMIGo. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.
Although BMI calculations are based on widely accepted mathematical formulas, we make no guarantees regarding the medical accuracy, completeness, reliability, or clinical usefulness of any information generated by the App. Individual health assessments require evaluation by qualified healthcare professionals.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of BMIGo and any reliance on information provided by the App is entirely at your own risk.
BMIGo is intended to assist users in tracking body measurements and BMI over time.
The App does not guarantee weight loss, fitness improvements, better health, medical benefits, or any other specific outcome. Individual results vary depending on numerous factors beyond the control of BMIGo.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BMIGo and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This includes, without limitation:
You may stop using BMIGo at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to App services if these Terms are violated or where required by law.
Your use of BMIGo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The updated version will become effective upon publication within the App or on the applicable website. Continued use of BMIGo after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
